Great house in a peaceful area

I would say that an extra blanket in each room would be nice as the windows appear to be the original single pane and are drafty. Especially the master as the window is cracked and a piece is missing which allows a pretty good draft in. Overall a comfortable and fun house.

I thought we had extras in the hallway cabinets, but they may have gotten moved. I agree with your observation about the windows. We have new double pane windows on order, but our late winter weather slowed the process down, and the install probably won't happen for another two weeks. But next time you stay with us, you will have your new windows

Publié le 16 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described. We had 2 families of 4: 4 adults, and 4 children (age range 5-12), as well as our medium sized dog. We had plenty of space. The enclosed front yard was large and secure for our dog. The tv room was the perfect place for the kids to unwind in the evenings, while the adults played games at the large dining table. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

December at Murphys.

For about the past 10 years we have stayed in Arnold during the summer so it was a nice change of pace to be in Murphys during December.
Enjoyed the wine tasting and relaxing in a lovely clean
