Hotel staff was very personable and catered to gusts "little" needs! Very nice place, we will be back!

We have stayed at the Victoria Inn before. It is a charming place that we have always enjoyed. The A/C unit was a little ambiguous and we inadvertently set it so that we woke up hot in the middle of the night. It took several tries to get it cool again. Sleeping in late was nice, but construction noise from next door disturbed our sleep. Overall, it is still worth it. I chalk these things up to our own need to read the instructions more carefully and I am not too concerned about construction. People need to work. It is the sound of families being fed. The room and staff were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quaint and lovely. We would come back again.

Sorry to hear you had difficulty with our new mini split HVAC system temperature adjustments. The home remodel next door can cause a bit of noise once in a while and hopefully they didn't begin too early. We will look forward to seeing you again for another visit soon.

Super cute inn with a lovely breakfast included. A half block off Murphy’s Main Street, so you are completely walkable to all the restaurants, shops, tasting rooms et al. if you haven’t been, Murphys itself is one of the best of the historic Gold Country towns, and a great spin for history, arts (theater scene) and wine aficionados.

Cute little place, but rooms were terribly small. Bathtub/shower was really tiny (claw foot tub). Also - no where to sit and relax. Sitting on the bed proved to be a challenge. I was COVERED in lint, which was so frustrating. Bring a lint roller!!!! Bed was super hard and stiff, woke up with a strained back and neck. Be prepared to either freeze or be too hot, as the air control for your room is connected to two other rooms, and is in the hallway where anyone can adjust at anytime. Definitely cute, but don't expect to be comfortable.

We appreciate your candid feedback and are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.We understand that the room size and bathroom were not to your satisfaction, Our charming property features a range of rooms, each with its own unique character. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the bed and the HVAC. Your comfort is important to us. The bedspread was brand new out of the package, it may need to be laundered prior to utilizing on the bed for guests, we will actively work thru that solution. The HVAC system is scheduled for updating beginning Monday, with individual units being installed in those the last remaining 3 rooms to match the rest of the rooms on property.Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our guest experience. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for you.Thank you again,

Liked the hotel's location. It's in the middle of everything. You can walk to bar's, wine tasting, restaurants and shopping. They have a restaurant bar/bistro right next to them. Stayed in room 10 which had a nice balcony to sit and sip wine ir your favorite beverage. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely use this hotel if we go back. Only thing is the parking, it could he a hassle if the lot is full. We never had any issues. 👍💯

We hope to see you soon.We do realize that parking can be a challenge at times in our small village town and to include the parking lot the Inn is located on due to it being deemed as common area parking. However, it is all free to include street parking.
