Wonderful house and Amenities in Oceanside Village
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house with plenty of comfortable beds and 2 kitchens and dining areas. Great to have use of 2 battery charged golf carts and all the pools and recreation areas at Oceanside Village. House very close to beach and pier. Super week with our extended family.

Oceanside Village
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful home with lots of space. Great for family and our doggie. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts to ride around the neighborhood and drive to the beach. There’s private golf cart parking at beach access.Oceanside Village is a beautiful quiet community with a lot of amenities. Our dog Hank loved the dog park each day. My 9 month nephew Wells loved the splash park and pool. Our family loved this place and We thank Mrs Dorothy for our 8 day stay.

Great Location

Very cozy welcoming

Don't waste your time.
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwaySo let me start off by saying we love staying at Oceanside village and we have stayed there several times over the past few years. This was by far the worst stay. And let me also say that i know that theae are not luxury houses, so i know that things are going to sometimes be outdated or not in the greatest shape. So many things were wrong, but i dont like to complain because like i said you kind of get what you pay for. The owner was very hard to get in contact with. But she had no problem letting me know that we owed $200 for things that were broken that i told her were broke when we got there. I then let her know that the oven downstairs would not turn on. The fan in the bedroom was broke and all the other fans sounded like they were going to fly off the ceiling. The queen bed squeaked so much you couldnt move and one of the twin mattresses was to big for the bed so it kept sliding off the bed. There were barely and cooking essentials to use and the dishwasher would not close properly. When i told the owner the items she claimed were broken she never responded back. We will always stay in Oceanside village no matter what, but i will never rent from her again!!

Sorry that you had to pay for broken idoms,
and I anderstand that is dificult to keep eye on
5 children and thinks happen.You are not renting
from me first time so was ok. Now from your description I do not recognize my house.People rented the place after you , and not one complain. I also send my handy man to check the place, because I always make shure that my guests are happy with they stay.
