Bedbugs for one, riches crawling everywhere, elevator took so long. Everything was bad honestly.

We were pleasantly surprised. Room was a two bedroom suite and very reasonable price! When we walked into the room, we noticed the AC/heating unit was falling off the wall. Manager apologized and moved us right away to another room. Breakfast was included and was good. Woukd recommed

great for those traveling with pets
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsThere was a mix-up at check-in, where they placed us in a room where someone hadn't checked out so we had to wait, but the person at the desk was great about it and it helped that my kids could play in the pool while we waited. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, so we went into it with the expectation that cleanliness wasn't going to be set at a high standard and it completely met my expectations. was it pristine? no. and it had a faint pet odor throughout the halls. but it was clean nonetheless and the room was awesome, had so much space.

Publié le 3 août 2024 sur Hotelsmy room on the 4th floor the rugs looked worn out and there was a stink like mildew and a dirty stink the elevatorwalls had stains on them and also stunk. My room the furniture was out dated , the dresser drawers could not open.
