Family Vacation
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe all enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and clean and we really loved the large balcony. It would be nice to have a punch code to enter though…We flew in, so we didn’t have a car and had to have other family members pick up the keys ~ same with dropping them back off which was a bit inconvenient.

Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fabulous trip! Condo was clean and the beds were comfy. The view is unbeatable and the residents were nice. The building also has security, which made me feel safe. Mandy from ITrip was a joy to work with. Will be back!!

We are so glad that you and your family had a great vacation and were pleased with the condo! :-)
Unfortunately, however, the two "issues" mentioned re: the hours of the pool and lack of pool umbrellas are out of our (Itrip's) control and is rather a decision made by the HOA of One Ocean Place.
Regardless, we hope you'll revisit in the future and until then, take care!

Nice, Enjoyable Condo!

The property (One Ocean Place) is very nice, hard to navigate at first, but everything is clean & family friendly. Parking garage is a tight squeeze, but never had an issue finding a spot. The condo itself could use a deep cleaning, but had everything you find yourself needing during your vacation. More towels and keys to the property would be useful, as we had 7 people & had to wash towels very frequently and chase one another down for room keys.
Property owner is very friendly & quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Would stay here again :)

One Ocean Place 1105

The beds are comfortable but the dresser in the queen bed room could not be used because the drawers just fall out and the lights in the master bathroom flickered despite trying to tighten the bulbs. The unit does need a paint refresh and some updates but it’s a prime spot and our family had a great stay. The beach is crowded and the umbrella/chair companies take over all spots on the front of the beach. If you don’t plan to rent high priced chairs/umbrellas all week be prepared to sit behind all of them. Also if you have a large car parking gets pretty tight in the garage at this condo high rise although we really appreciated security being on property checking hang tags. For these reasons I gave an overall 4 out of 5 stars but overall we enjoyed our trip! The rental company was very helpful and was readily available if we needed anything.

We have shared your important feedback re: the dresser, lights and "decor" with the owner, and appreciate you letting us know!
Re: the beach chairs and umbrellas, unfortunately that is a rental company and/or lifeguard "issue" that we'd be happy to share with the complex as well, and parking is always going to be limited and scarce at beachfront communities, and again is out of our control.
Appreciative again of your letting us know and we look forward to having y'all back again next year!

Beautiful place- just not clean

For example, very weird smell in the closet, the vertical blinds were literally greasy and had dirt and dust caked on them. We had to call maintenance about several things on day 2 of our vacation. It was a lot of money to pay for it not to be clean.
