Perfect Location
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsExcellent location. On the beach, yet close to Murrells Inlet restaurants and shopping. Centrally located between Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach. Our new go to place to stay when we visit the area.

My wife and I came to Garden City for Family Funeral. We stayed at GCI and enjoyed our stay while there. Was able to take our pet Dig and enjoyed walking the beach. Only thing negative would be lack of customer service checking in. The lady at check in had no persoanality and and seemed stand off ish. Ither than thT stay was goid.

We were there for one evening and thought the location was great, right next to ocean. Rooms were clean with plenty of room.

This motel is directly on the water and has good access to restaurants and the pier. The kitchenette is nice for families. The rooms need to be cleanser: stained sheets, last guest’s hair clump on the bathroom counter, coffee cups not fully clean. Also you hear all the exterior noise through the door.

I liked the ocean view. I don’t suggest fully closing the sliding door when on balcony. The outside handle should be like the inside for better grip. Push the glass to open the door isn’t ideal. I would stay again.

Unfortunately our door lock broke our second day. The wonderful staff took care of it while we were out. We watched every morning the routine performed to keep the pool and surroundings clean.The staff is so friendly and helpful. We are repeat guests for approximately 6 years. We will be back.
