Parfait pour la famille. L'endroit est propre et fonctionnel. La maison est à 2 minutes en voiture des épiceries et à 5 minutes de la plage. Je vous recommande cette maison.

Nice property, great location.
Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is older but very clean and tastefully decorated. Great location close to Surfside. Garden City and Murrells Inlet. Only 1 step to enter house which was great for my 95 year old mom. Beautiful landscaping with table and grill on patio. Had to change dates with short notice and owner was very responsive and checked to see if anything was needed during the stay. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and would definitely stay again.

Property at Garden City

Perfect location
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at Eric’s cute little cottage this past weekend while we moved my daughter into Coastal Carolina university for her first year and we wanted to be by the beach to enjoy a few days with her be more move in and this was perfect !
The house was just as expected , clean , easy communication with the host and ideally located to Surfside and garden city beach with lots to do and great restaurants and not far from the university when it was time to move her . I will be coming back and forth from NY a few times a year now to see her and I will definitely stay here again . thank you Eric

Just as nice as the last time

Everything is just as advertised, the neighborhood is super quiet, the beach is literally 5 min away. Questions are answered in minutes. Already planning another stay here again soon..

Comfortable & peaceful

Great location to Murrells inlet
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were here for bike week and it was a perfect location. Close to everything (less than 2 miles to Murrells inlet) yet secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time in the evening. Bike friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.
