Terrible property!! I paid and rented over a year ago and when we arrived for vacation. The property managers did not have our reservation and had already over booked. This is after receiving a confirmation from Expedia. They basically said oh well nothing they could do and had to contact Expedia’s customer service which was awful to get my refund. Then had to scramble to find another place to have our vacation for basically double the price.

Good morning, Mr. Roger,We do apologize, again. We were not over-booked, we were just booked at 100%, and your reservation simply was not brought over into our system from Expedia. That is out of our control. We even sat on the phone with Expedia for 2 hours on our busiest day of the week to try and help resolve the issue and to help find you a resort to go to. This says a lot about the effort our management team puts into any guest who may book here. If ever you get a confirmation from Expedia- always confirm with the hotel so this does not happen again, anywhere you may choose to book at.Thank you

Lots of space in the condo for extended family to spend time together within walking distance of the beach. The carts and elevator were a life-saver for us, being on the 4th level. The kitchen was well supplied so that we did not have to eat out for all our meals. The showers and bathrooms were in good working order. We had a great time and would like to come back again.

This property is in a great location just a very short walk from the beach and Garden City Pier. The area surrounding the property is beautiful! The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip

Josh and all the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and the like, so that after a quick trip to the nearby grocery store we were able to eat several meals there instead of going out. A 1 minute walk to the beach, with a bar/restaurant right next door, and priced to fit our budget. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks so much for everything b to Josh and the rest of the team.
