It’s a nice clean hotel for one night stay, my room had no view the window looked into car park and empty ground much of day light but it was ok as I only stayed one night and checked out early morning

Staff at Reception was too poor in his hospitality and support. We are 3 adults in the room and already booked for the same, so therefore expect to have 3 sets when housekeeping are cleaning the room in terms of towels and other requested from toiletry items etc. Unfortunately, when requesting we have to call again and ask for more. When speaking to front office desk agent, the reply received is "what do you expect, you booked in a 3-star hotel" I will never stay here again and also will not recommend Swiss Bel as a chain of hotels in any of my trips if this is the poor standard, support and training of their staff. Whats an unfortunate SHAME !

The Staff are outstanding. The cleaning staff is prompt and thorough and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The stars of the show are the dining staff. Regardless of the demands from visitors they are happy and willing to serve and keep track of meeting customers needs.

Perfect for what we needed

We had a 15 hour layover in Oman and we have 1 year old twins, so comfort, service, and proximity to the airport were our main considerations, and they were perfect in all those areas and more. It also had the added convenience of a plaza with numerous fast food restaurants, coffee shops and other businesses being a very short walk away. I highly recommend anyone who's either passing through on a layover or just looking for a hotel near the airport to stay here.

the hotel is so close to the airport, staff were polite and helpfull, rooms are clean and diw, the only thing that I didn't like was the view, I booked a room with sea view but there wasn't an actual sea view which I was expecting (so far from the sea), I could see the sea on the horizon )))
