Absolutely terrible. DO NOT stay. Had a detailed explanation started just to run out of space to finish, so heres the short version. Upon walking into the hotel, it was muggy/warm. Room was advertised as 150 cash pet deposit, not accurate. 100 cash pet deposit and 20$ per pet, per night. It took a good 30min+ to finally get in an acceptable room. 1st one was a disaster/hadnt been cleaned. Was sent to another room, only to be redirected to another. This 3rd room was so humid the floors AND bedding were damp. So humid breathing was labored. Room 4 got another redirection to a 5th room. This 5th room also had a damp floor but the AC worked and pulled the humidity out while we visited the pool. The pool.... we fished out trash and large bugs, as well as a maggot. At check out, we met a different, non family member that told us shes been an employee for years there and actually trained the current owners. We shared our experience and she shared a lot about the place and its owners. Seems like they need many inspections in many areas.

This hotel was nice the room was clean. the area we were in was quiet. It was in walking distance to a Walmart. There were many children in the pool, so the lobby was really loud. Ther wasn't much for the continental breakfast.

Just overall amazing stay!! Will be back again especially if they fix the whirlpool. That’s my only complaint is it was ice cold

The hotel lobby is up to date and very welcoming. Once you get to the room it is outdated. Our remote needed new batteries and my husband open it and it was full of mold. The satellite service in the room was terrible. The service kept cutting in and out so there was no sense in trying to watch anything. Around the jets on the tub were dirty and there was mold in the tub plug. The breakfast consisted of waffles, sliced bread, cereal, some oatmeal packets, sausage flavored gravy that was cold and biscuits the size of a half dollar and they were very dry. There were apples and a few bananas and strawberry banana yogurt. No eggs or breakfast meat no bagels. It was a Saturday and my husband went down for breakfast about 6:30am so it is not like we got there as breakfast was about to end. There were stains on the bedspread and the washcloths. Everywhere you looked was a QR code that said please leave a 5 star review and at the check in counter was a sign that said leave a five star review and get this and there was a bag of chips there.

The room I reserved through expedia said it was a king superior suite with a jetted tub. The room I received looked nothing like the room I reserved. Talked to the front desk they said the room i reserved would cost extra and doesn't have the jetted tub. I was confused by all this but anyway the room we were given the jetted tub was filthy. So they moved us to the other one on the first floor and again the jetted tub was filthy. I went to the front desk and asked for cleaner and a towel. They gave it to me and i cleaned it.
