"Great Historic feel, and perfect location in the heart of Kaslo. The big downer is the fact the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. Although there was a breakfast restaurant down the street. "

"I really like how clean e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. is!!! The unseen people who take care of this place deserve to be seen for the great job they do. This is the 2nd time I've stayed & I will return here the next time I'm in the vicinity. "

"Cabin was okay, small, no TV, Guess that's because it's a "retreat". Beach was a 15 minute down hill walk from the cabin. Some sort of criter is living under the cabin, not sure what but by the nawning and scratching it's not a squirrel."

"This was the most beautiful property - very well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and looking out over the mountains! The location was quiet yet ideal for accessing the town amenities and waterfront on foot, as well as a number of walking and hiking trails. Access to driving routes through the rest of the region was very easy. The host was wonderful to deal with and very responsive with communication. We enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return in the future."
