Publié le 2 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall it was a great experience. If you don't have an SUV or an All-Wheel Drive vehicle it is a bit difficult because you cannot go down the driveway. The host was awesome. The cottage was clean. The best part was the lake. Be ready against the mosquitoes at night.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! It truly is a special spot. And we agree, this year was a busy season for the bugs in Muskoka! Our bug spraying company has since been out to take care of business so to speak! We look forward to your return.
(so sorry you missed our notes about the AWD/4WD recommendation vehicle. Cottage roads are sometimes challenging if you have not experienced that but are also part of the adventure, wild life included. Our guests usually have no issues, but we are very happy you found our parking lot)

Perfect Getaway

The cottage and location turned out to be everything we could have hoped for with amazing access to the water, very private beach area and really nicely done cottage with space to spread out as needed. The property had kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe that we took full advantage of as the cottage is tucked into a cove where the water stayed fairly calm even in decent winds. The owner and property manager where extremely receptive and accommodating making the check in and out very smooth. Would definitely recommend this location and look forward to booking again in the future!
