La experiencia la califico en un 7 sobre 10. La entrada fue más tardía de lo deseado, compensado por la salida que fue generosa.La casa se presta a reunirse con amigos y estar de forma espaciosa y agradable. La cocina está equipada para un grupo de 20 personas sin problema.Las dos pegas más importantes que encontré fueron las siguientes:Los colchones son incómodos, en general todos los miembros del grupo se quejaron.La más importante es que, el lavavajillas no lava nada bien, parece estropeado. Nos tocó fregar a mano todas las veces, lo que sacamos del lavavajillas estaba realmente sucio y nos tocó lavar a mano desde el primer día.Se echa de menos un poco mas de luz en la zona de la barbacoa y un mando a distancia para el garaje, pero son cosas menores.

Do NOT stay here they have taken €650 from us for no reason and won’t reply to any of my messages

After our stay we did not get our €500 deposit back and they took another €150 from my credit card. They emailed saying that they’d taken it because of a “damaged or thrown away cot”. There was no cot in any of the rooms when we got there so we definitely did not damage one or throw one away. I have tried to contact the owner to dispute this but they are ignoring me. I raised this with Vrbo over a week ago and they told me they have escalated the issue but I’m currently down €650 which I cannot afford and it is causing me a lot of stress. Prior to this issue we had had an absolutely lovely stay and I’m really disappointed that it has ended like this.

Hello, please check your account, only the crib was deducted 150 euros, we have already answered you by email, for the rest I advise you to check your bank, we do not charge the deposit, nor is it retained, only if there is an incident is what has disappeared charged.

Not so Fancy

We were probably first guest’s this season! Felt like nobody really care for the house. Small things missing or broken and was left in kitchen, wine opener, toaster, leaking cafe machine, microwave, pool table on bottom floor and the toilet on basement was leaking water from behind. Worst was that it took almost three days before we get warm water for shower, keep in mind it was still between 10-15 degrees at night so the summer hasn’t arrived yet. Sadly when asking for refund from Fidalsa, the company that took over both payment and communication at the end (Vrbo, handed over everything) they’re get quiet. Probably some bad luck and overall, me and my family did our best to enjoy the week. Fortunately there was sunshine almost everyday and the distance to Alicante was only 20 minutes with car. I can recommend booking a city walk with guide cause you will find several nice places, and don’t forget visiting the biggest market in Spain located in Alicante.

Nice place that could need som TLC

Nice property, however, there were dirty dishes and glasses in the cabinets and the check in process was complicated. However, nice house, especially considering the price!

Great property that suited our needs perfectly

The villa was perfect for our needs, there were a couple of niggles but only very minor and didn't affect our stay. The wifi was a bit intermittent and the electrics tripped out a few times but was easily fixed and we were warned about this before our stay. All that we needed was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed the villa - of particular note was the pool - it was clean and perfect for the warm weather. Overall the villa was in good condition and clean. Many thanks.

Property needs updating much of it was in a tired state . Very few amenities around the villa . Could have done with sofas in the living area .cockroaches in the villa air conditioning is in adequate . No welcome pack no literature on anything

Great Villa for large groups

Excellent property in a quiet neighbourhood. Well proportioned with lots of space (we had 10 adults & 9 kids), fantastic pool and outdoor entertainment space with bbq. The owners are excellent at communicating and very attentive before the visit and give you lots of freedom whilst at the villa. A few Small bars n cafes about 10 minutes walk away but car or taxi needed to get to the busier areas near the coast. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future.
