Love this hotel, its my go to in mwanza. This time had a few issues with electronics in the room and it did seem a bit worn but overall will still go back.

Nice and comfortable

Great location and a very nice hotel, a little expensive but the room was nice and the bed was soft and comfortable. Restaurant had a great menu with good food though the breakfast was mostly local and not what we're use to from North America. But you can always have an omelet and bacon. A little disappointed there was no fridge in the room, would have been nice to have some cool water and the tv signal was spotty and a bad picture but you could still watch a movie. I will stay again but only for short stays because of the cost.

Location is very nice in middle down. Staff were supportive. If given a lower floor room a lot of traffic noise specially in the morning. Overall hotel is very good

Many thanks for taking time to rate our hotel regarding your recent stay, we are delighted overall experience was pleasant, we have also noted the issue of noise from some of our rooms, we are due to start our renovation next month which will include replacing our windows with double glazing, going by the sample room we have that will reduce noise, i have shared your comment with the team and they are all very happy that you enjoyed your stay, lets take this opportunity to wish you happy Holidays

My experience was not so good, services are a bit poor, no towels, bedsheets are very old and neighborhood very noisy. Some staff are friendly, some not at all.

Dear Guest Many thanks for your feedback, we are delighted that you took time to share you experience, your observations are timely as they coincide with the current re-modelling program, already the hotel this week will receive new set of linen in all our rooms, shortly we will also put double glazing to keep out noise, we will share with our in-house trainer the staff attitude for immediate action, once again thank you so much Regards General Manager
