Nice location but Checkin service not good

Impossible to reach the hotel by phone, email, WhatsApp before the stay to ask questions. Hidden fees not included in the price and never mentioned anywhere (20€) Our reservation was not in the system, we had to argue not to pay twice. Nice hotel, nice view, nice service once your are in.

Meh. That's about the best word for it. It's not the staff or facilities, but the general service is just not up to par for Accor. Ask for an African tea - wait 30 minutes and get a cup of water with a tea bag. Dinner? A very expensive mediocre buffet - there is zero option for anything else or a place to go because, well, you're a game park - in a cafeteria-like setting. It was not good. Many more options close by for a better experience, and you won't wonder why you chose this place over the others.

Great comfort with expensive food

Nice comfortable resort in the midst of Akagera. Everything was well done. Be aware that food prices at hotel are too high for the location
