Stayed while passing through on my drive to Boston. Hotel and rooms are super clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable which is not always the case in hotels. There was also a kitchenette and full size fridge in the room which is always a convenient thing. Woud stay again here without hesitation

This Hotel is the perfect option in the Randolph area. With kitchenette in every room, my place is perfect for an overnight or an extended stay.

Due to my own error we arrived at the hotel a day early, the desk clerk on duty was extremely helpful and friendly towards us even tho she was having several computer issues and our arriving early confused the system. Thru it all the desk clerk maintained her friendliness and even got our breakfast comped for the first day. We were there for two nights and each was a treat. Wonderful beds and cleanliness

I love this hotel and since I have relatives in the area I can now visit them more often with ease! The place was so clean and the people so friendly! They were so kind to my dog and even returned his toy left behind by accident.

Overall great experience!
Very happy with the size of the room and the full size fridge and kitchenette! Super helpful with a family. Confused, however, there were zero kitchen supplies in the kitchen (knives, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cutting board, pots, pans … just empty cupboards) rendering the beautiful apt size kitchen a little useless since we wouldn’t be travelling with that stuff. Also surprised there was no bathroom supplies like hand soap, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed it. The bathroom was pristine felt like we were the first people to use the tub!

The hotel was new and in a very quiet area. This is our experience and I'm sure things have improved since - they've probably worked out some kinks. The 2 staff members did not greet or acknowledge me when I approached desk as they were working on something together. They knew I was there as well as the couple behind me. This is one of my most hated things about a service industry business. Greet your customers! We were given a room on first floor with a king size bed which we did reserve. It was on first floor facing parking lot. I was worried about the light bleed of the parking lot lights and sunlight around window shade (no curtains or drapes), but it was okay. The overlap minimized the bleed. The room was missing the night stand on left side of bed which was important to us as my husband uses a breather and sleeps on left side. We used his suitcase to elevate the breather. The room was also missing the desk. As the desk clerk was not at the desk when we checked out, I called back to ask the staff about the missing pieces and checked website pictures. The hotel offers a breakfast delivered to your room, but without the desk, the only place to eat was off your lap while sitting in recliner or on bed or standing up. The desk chair was not there then either. Pictures show just one desk chair, but I suggest maybe adding a chair in case of double occupancy. The bathroom - loved, loved it!! The water pressure, the room, the light!

No ice
No ice…. Although the full refrigerator was amazing, we were supposed to get our ice from the ice maker in the freezer. It was obvious that no water line was connected to the ice maker. I turned it on, the freezer did its job, but no ice was made. If we hadn’t needed ice for an injury, it might have been no big deal….. BUT, we did need ice ( I actually froze water in a zip loc bag)…

Nice, new hotel
It's a nice, new hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Our blinds would not roll down, so we used a blanket to cover the window. Not many food options near hotel. Close to interstate.
