I’ve had better rooms at the red roof Inn!!
Publié le 4 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayThe tub was busted in the bathroom. There was no hot water. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken The hallway was incredibly loud. The side door that was supposed to be locked wasn’t. And your security guard and their walkie-talkies made me feel like I was in prison. There’s no need for them to have their walkie-talkies turned all the way up the place was miserable,I can’t believe you get away with this.

John, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from enjoying your stay. We apologize for the crack in the bathtub and for any areas you found needing some TLC. Our local manager noted that the exhaust fan was inspected and is running now but we're sorry for any issues you had with it during your visit. The side door auto-locks and requires a code for entry and the security team is on foot patrolling the buildings. We are sorry that their radios were too loud and the manager will address this with them. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Rest well
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved access to the beach and the amenities. The main complaint was room proximity to a hallway with an outside door next to our room being accessed all times of the night causing the door to slam shut each time.
There was a noisy vending machine just across the hall that was also accessed all times of the night. Obviously sleep was interrupted. There was no way to know this
before booking that particular unit.
Otherwise the room was ok.

The property stated no smoking people smoking left and right this needs to be reinforce.
On our checkin day we had two people that helped us they were Jamaicans didn't get the names but they were very helpful.
Overall its Decent for what we wanted to do.
