Overall great property
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We had a short walk to the beach (exactly 5 minutes from the door to the sand) and an even shorter walk (3 minutes) to the pickleball courts.
The house was not the cleanest when we arrived .. the drawers to place our clothes had a lot of dirt/crumbs/socks/sewing needles/bobbi pins in them. The surfaces didn’t feel like they had been wiped. The walls have some dings and dirty spots. The floor felt sticky and smeared like.
All this to say… for our family the location, the space, and the nice pool all outweigh it not feeling the cleanest.
Some recommendations for the owners: the master bedroom could use some type of mirror in it. The porch and patio chairs could use a good power washing.
We are big on pickleball… it’s a fast growing sport. I think advertising how close you are to the pickleball courts is a great idea. I did find this rental when searching for tennis and saw the pickleball photo. I think mentioning pickleball would be a great selling point.
Overall this a nice spot and I loved the short walk to the beach.

Clean, Quiet, Perfect location!
Publié le 24 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayClose to a beautiful beach with lifeguard, groceries, restaurants, souvenir shops, amusement parks and the airport. No need to rent a car! Cottage and surrounding grounds were very clean and well maintained. Frank, the Manager, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend the GulfStream Cottages.
