Nice Family Accommodations

Went for the weekend

Some lady at reception was super rude about my 16 year old and 18 year old kids being the ones to turn in the keys when we checked out and questioner them like they didn't believe they had a parent with them while I was packing the car. If it is such a bug deal for only people over 21 be at the front desk then this place should specify how unkid friendly it is.

Publié le 15 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayMy family and I stayed at this location for the first time. I had problems with the extra taxes they added to my bill. I don’t mind the state taxes but I don’t think I have to pay for – Taxes: 175.86 USD
– • State - South Carolina Sales & Accommodations Tax: 94.69 USD
– • State - South Carolina Capital Projects Tax: 13.53 USD
– • State - South Carolina Education Capital Improveme: 13.53 USD
– • State - South Carolina Local Tourism Development: 13.53 USD
– • City - Myrtle Beach Accommodations Tax: 40.58 USD
The outside of building was nice and the view of beach from the balcony was nice too. But the room had a leaky kitchen faucet, a running toilet, the mattress were old and we had to get our key reprogrammed about 8 times. We weren’t the only ones with this problem. They also sent a pest control guy to spray the room as a routine maintenance and by the night the Roaches came out. Thank god my wife and daughter didn’t see it. I killed them before they noticed it. We won’t be coming back nor recommend this place to anyone.
