Avis 4 Bedroom Cottage off Shore Drive with a short walk to the Beach

This is a very nice house with modern updates. There were a couple of issued during our stay. The ice maker in the guest storage area was broken. This was one of the selling points to rent this location so we were disappointed it didn't work. The outdoor shower was also broken. This makes it rough to wash off the sand from the beach. The house is in a great location to the beach and one of the pools is just across the street. We all enjoyed our stay.

we have 24 of us that come to MB twice a year and rent the Guest Cottages every year because of convenience to Ocean Annie's, Golf and restaurants. also the 4 bedroom design makes it enjoyable for each player to have its on bedroom and bath. thanks for letting us enjoy your cottage.

Description is accurate. Lots of amenities included when booked through VRBO! We had linens, lots of kitchen supplies, plenty of paper products for the week- paper towels, toilet paper. I received an email the day before check in to make sure to bring bed linens if I hadn’t paid for them. Never saw an option to pay, so I took sheets with me. That turned out to be unnecessary. Not a bad thing, just strange communication from the management company. Didn’t get a response from the property owner before leaving for the drive down. No problem there! The dryer was new and didn’t work since the electric wasn’t hooked up properly. We just line dried towels and clothes- no problem! The neighborhood was nice with a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Beach access was close to walk too! Nice place for a family too. 3 adults and 4 adult sized children and we had plenty of beds and hangout space. Would definitely go back to Beach Cottage 56!
