Five stars, all around
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of seven recently spent ten days at this beautiful condo. We were sent the code to get into the condo prior to arrival, so check in was a breeze. The condo was well appointed with everything we could want or need. The decor has been updated since the listings pictures were taken. All the artwork, lamps and curtains/bedding,was modern and beautiful. The location of the condo was perfect - far enough away from the noise, but close and easy to get to lot's of shopping and restaurants.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHost is EXTREMELY difficult and unresponsive to deal with. The host will not accommodate for any needs (even very simple or basic) and was not helpful in assisting with any questions. We dealt with extenuating circumstances of being stranded and host disregarded our situation. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID PROPERTY LISTING AT ALL COSTS.

This guest wanted to cancel the day of check in and get a full refund. That is not our policy. Guest never actually came to the property.

Great Condo but the Paradise Resort is sub-par!
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the condo and it was very clean. We did have an issue with the location, our bad, we didn't research this enough. But, with that being said, it was somewhat unsettling that the building was not secure, none of the doors from the parking garage were ever locked and there was not one person at the facility checking wrist bands for the pool and other amenities - we noticed people walking from the parking lot with all of their belongings and using the pool, daily. Another really disturbing issue was the constant smell of marijuana in and around the facility, we wouldn't even let the grandkids sit on the balcony because the odor was so pungent, and in the hallway and elevators it was just as bad. Final issue - glad we didn't pay for the extra parking pass because the last 2 nights we were there, 2 of our 3 passes were no good, there was no parking available in the garage - and we did notice that there were several cars without passes, again, no one monitoring this.
