This condo is on the first floor.
Located in the residential section of the Grand Strand, this magnificent property boasts a breathtaking oceanfront private location, offering a truly unparalleled experience. With a multitude of attractions within a short drive, convenience is at your fingertips.

However, the true gem of this resort lies within its extensive water park, spanning an impressive 30,000 square feet. Delight in the ultimate aquatic adventures as you explore two indoor water parks, featuring thrilling water slides, a whimsical submarine, rejuvenating Jacuzzis, inviting pools, a colossal 250-foot lazy river, and much more. No matter the season, this water wonderland guarantees endless splashing fun throughout the year.

The front desk will issue a parking pass and wrist bands for swimming pools. It runs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The code for the electronic lock to access the condo, which will be sent by email and text message.

Bringing granddaughter back home

My mother and I brought my granddaughter back home, she had been on spring break and we decided to take a mini vacation and visit with my daughter and her family for a few days. We booked the room for two days originally and we even packed everything up and went to breakfast, my mother said she wasn’t feeling well and didn’t think she could make the 6 hour trip home. I messaged Janet and she was able to accommodate us for another night. She was very informative and if you have any questions she is very prompt with the answers. We will definitely be reaching out to Janet again for help with our future stays. I highly recommend using her for your stays as well. You won’t be disappointed

Great place

Our stay at dunes resort was great, my father and brother stayed at this condo while the rest of my family along with myself stayed at the same place, just different condo. The waterpark was great outside of the hot tub being cold one night of our stay. The beds could use an upgrade for sure. Overall, we had a great time.

March Break Getaway!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a nice view from the balcony. The check in process was a breeze and Janet’s communication was great the whole time! Our son loved the water park and there were lots of other activities for kids at the resort. Would definitely stay again!

If I could give them six stars, I would! Janet was so kind, and everything was as described. Our kids had a blast. Not only is the waterpark super fun, but the resort also offered additional fun activities throughout the day! Tattoos, fairy hair, painting projects, a magic show etc. The room was clean and the view was beautiful! Just far enough outside of the hustle and bustle of MB but close enough to hit all the main attractions. We will most definitely visit again!

We loved the amenities including the indoor waterslides! It was on the 1st floor with steps that I wasn’t aware of so that made taking a stroller more difficult. Overall it was great for my family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Janet's condo within Dunes Village Hotel Resort. The place was clean and comfortable. Janet stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Very clean condo

The place was very clean and I would stay again. We didn't rent a car so I wish there was more in walking distance but Ubers were readily available and there was a lot close by to eat. There is a small restaurant right down from room 104 and it was very convenient, and the staff was super friendly. Bonus... Starbucks on site which my kid loved!!!

Family Vacation

The room was clean, in good shape and close to everything in the resort including the pool, restaurant, cafe, and walk way to the beach. The resort was great and very family friendly. The location was amazing, on a quiet part of the strip but a short drive to every thing. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend the condo/resort to anyone.

This property gets an A+++++ from my family. We needed a quick getaway before the hustle and bustle of things starting up again and this property gave us just that. Very clean and easy access to beach, pool, restaurant….everything!! The host was in contact with us the whole time which made this trip easier than normal. Myrtle Beach Condo

The condo wasn’t as clean as what I had hoped, but the property manager refunded the cleaning fee. Definitely needs some updating, but the location was nice. AC unit was really loud, but I’m not sure that could be helped. Water pressure in the shower was great. This was a family trip with 10 of us altogether and 2 condos. The grandkids very much enjoyed the water park and the pools.

We booked this for a one night stay for my son's 9th birthday! The resort was perfect for kids with several waterslides, activites and dance parties! The room was nice and clean my only complaint was the shower that drained really slow. Otherwise perfect!

Loved our stay!

This place was amazing! We had two teenagers and a kiddo and this condo accommodated for everyone! The condo was clean, and well supplied and communication with the owners was a breeze! Easy access to the beach as well as the indoor water parks that all my family loved and very close to local dining, shopping, and entertainment! Would highly recommend these host and this resort!

Some positives and negatives

We enjoyed our stay here but the cleanliness of the room wasn't what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom wall and baseboards have a lot of mold by the shower and could use a good cleaning. The shower didn't drain well at all. During every shower, there was always a lot of standing water that took a very long time to drain. The vanity sink did not have a stopper so that was kinda gross looking down the drain every time you washed your hands or brushed your teeth. The front door was also missing the dead bolt and had a big chunk of wood missing where the dead bolt went. Aside from that, the location of the condo was wonderful - we never got stuck waiting on an elevator since it's on the first floor. It's super convenient to everything in the complex especially the restaurant and pool. We had added a night to our stay before we went and Janet was very pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond.

Nice place on the beach

The room was what we needed. We cooked most of the week and the kitchen was equipped with everythjng we needed. Room was right on the ocean front. The host repsonded right away when we had any questions.
