Clean and nice property

Pictures made it seem a little bigger than it actually is…But that didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. The bathrooms were very spacious and good water pressure. Close distance to the beach. Parking deck was right across the road and we didn’t mind the short walk. Would stay here again.

The walls were dirty, pillows on couch and chairs had stains, something was stuck on the chair (food?). The mattress needs to be replaced along with the worn pillows. I wish the room had more of a beach view than parking lot view. We did not use the pool or hot tub as it looked dirty as well. We will not be staying here again.

Great stay
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit is actually in the building next door (Palmetto) and the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. But we were able to check in at the other tower. Parking garage is across the street and convenient to get in and out of. Elevators all in working order with little to no wait times.
The place was as pictured and clean upon arrival. Lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Loved all the windows and black out curtains for sleeping. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good. There were plenty of linens in both bathrooms and 2 rolls of toilet paper each. I only cooked breakfast but it had what I needed to do that. (A roll of paper towels would have been nice but easy enough to go buy). Refrigerator and Ice maker worked well. Having a pantry was a bonus. The newer washing machine and dryer were great! (I only stay in places with in unit laundry). Due to allergies I prefer places without carpet so I liked the upgraded LVP flooring. And the balcony was a nice place to hang out. Overall this was a great stay.

Fun family trip for local soccer tournament
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family staid at Dunes while in town for my son's soccer tournament. The kids LOVED the waterpark in between games. It was hard to pull them away. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. We hope to be back.
