Face à la mer mais pas de balcon et la vitrine était sale. L'air climatisé était sale et le couvert briser. Gros insectes qui entrent sous la porte. Porte de salle de bain sur les genoux lorsqu'on est assis sur la toilette. L'auto stationner sous l'abri un liquide blanchâtre qui a dégouté du plafond sur l'auto. Très déçus, nous avons cancellé après la première nuit.

After we got checked in, the EE said the elevator to the 8th floor was broke, we had to take the elevator to the 7th floor & carry our luggage up the stairs to the 8th floor. The elevator didn't sound very good due to it shaking as it went up though the floors, and rubbing between the 6-to-7th floor, but we didn't experience any issues with the elevator. We got to the room, the deadlock wouldn't fully lock the door unless you messed with it. The AC was on so the room was comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bathroom floor tile needed a scrubbing to get rid of the dark stains on the floor. We were resting on the bed for a couple minutes, cooling off due to the outside temperature, and carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs, then my wife asked me what that was crawling up the wall, and it was a cockroach. In MB, they call them palmetto bugs but they're cockroaches. If this is your 1st time to MB, you have to realize cockroaches are down there by the trillions, kinda like rats in NYC. But having them on the 8th floor is pretty bad. I killed it and we didn't unpack our suitcases or leave anything opened or unzipped. We went for supper, and when we returned, I took a flashlight and checked over the room for any more C-R's. Didn't find any. If I'd found another one, we would have left. Did find pair of briefs in BR cabinet. The curtains looked new and the shower water was hot. The hotel is rundown & needs major repairs, I won't stay there again.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I will have maintenance look the deadbolt. Palmetto bugs are prevalent at the beach and they do fly.Sorry for the inconvenience.

Being on the beach, we expected this hotel to be a little better maintained then what it was. The elevator was very sketchy and not maintained at all. Should honestly be shut down. Rain leaked into it, you could see the outside sky from the side. It was not safe to ride on. The air conditioner leaked into the room instead of outside so the entire floor was soaking wet. The trim along the wall was coming off the walls, the bathroom floor/walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. It was not a good place at all.

We knew it wasnt going to be the greatest because of the price but it was a nightmare. First room the ceiling had fallen down onto the bed. Second room , filthy! I had sanitizer wipes i carry and wiped everything down just in time to realize my little dog was completely covered in fleas. I have never seen anything like it ! Outside the room was just as bad, covered in garbage.

Thank you for your review.We are in the process of renovating our rooms.We had pest control come spray the room for fleas. When you have pet friendly rooms that happens on occasion.Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your review. There are some animals that live in the dune area. We are not allowed to disturb the sand dunes or any resident of said dunes by city ordinance. I will have a talk wit the staff about being nicer.Sorry for the inconvenience
