When we checked in, our room had dirty towels on sick, used soap and someone had been on the bed. The desk clerked looked at our room and offered us another room. Some areas have been updated, others are worn. Could hear noise from other rooms.

DON’T STAY HERE: SCAMNERS!!
The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was good too. My issue with this hotel is being charged a additional fee that front desk said was a security deposit ($50) that would be reimbursed a few days later on my credit card. Well it’s 8 days and a $50 deposit with another $50 charge is still on my credit card. Called 3 different phone numbers and they all take you to a reservation service with no direct phone # to the actual hotel. Horrible customer service here. NEVER STAY HERE; SCAMMERS!!
