You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Nice view, however there was construction going on outside every day from 8 am till 6 pm. This was not disclosed in the description. We could not enjoy the oceanviews due to excessive noise. Make sure you also bring toilet paper and soap.

Working Vacation
The apartment was clean and cozy. It seemed perfect for our first VRBO experience. We were spending 2 weeks at a convention and enjoyed most of our time. I spoke with the apartment manager about an issue and she attempted to correct the issues immediately. Unfortunately the person that came to the apt did not correct the issue. This issue is between us and the manager. The apartment view of the ocean made it all worthwhile and we would stay again. Thank you, Kim.

Kim (owner)is awesome! We were coming in right after hurricane Helene and she CALLED US to check on us and how it may affect our travels. She worked with us for our situation. She was readily available durning our entire stay. The condo is beautiful! What you see in the photos is what you get. I loved the balcony! For me the only thing that was hard and that’s not on anyone but me for Not thinking and asking more questions is that I could not fit my wheelchair through the bathroom door. This place was small but cute! When we arrived, there was a welcome gift and some necessities already in the fridge! The views of the ocean were amazing! A Little Taste of Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor of the condo had a very nice touch. The furniture was very comfortable. The 11th floor balcony view was very nice. The central location was very easy to reach various shopping and entertainment venues. The Beach chairs were very nice and towels were provided. Our one minor issue was the sliding door being heavy to open and close. Did contact property manager and she was very prompt in responding. We would definitely recommend the property. Nice property, could use some updating.
Great location; we were incorrectly directed to the wring tower however. One inside, we loved how the property was decorated. The refrigerator had not been cleaned from the last renter so we were unable to use it as it was visibly very dirty. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. There were some structural concerns with the property as we noticed many cracks in the walls and plaster chipped in different places.

Amazing!
This property was exceptional! The proximity to the beach and the views of the ocean were incredible. The gorgeous balcony and the two big windows that looked down the beach really add to the light in the condo and the views. We loved our time here and were delighted when the dolphins went by. Kim was very responsive when we had a question and check in and out was easy. Parking was very convenient. The reclining chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The unit was well equipped and had everything that we could need. We can’t wait to return!

In town for a Volleyball Tournament at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Great location for that. Convenient to everything. Very nice place. Outside a little dated but interior is wonderful! Beautiful view.
