Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community and is nothing less than spectacular! 23-acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature trees. The community boasts a 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, 13-pools (two of which our guests will have direct access to), 4 on-site restaurants and an Embassy Suites Hotel where you can enjoy their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe' band (VRBO guests do NOT have use of the Embassy Suites pool deck or Splash! Waterpark) and oceanfront restaurants.

Comfy Condo at the Beach
Just what we needed!!! The property is at such a Great location...quick walk to the beach, Apache Pier for fishing, and places to grab a bite to eat...AND coffee!!! The condo was tastefully decorated, clean, and quiet! Plent of room for a couple or even a family. It has all you needed to fix dinner and relax for the evening! A couple days just wasn't enough, but I will DEFINITELY check availabilty for this property in the near future! Thanks to J. Harris for being such a Great host.

When we got there a repair man was in the condo trying to stop condensate leak. He was unable to stop it, but said it was slowed and we only had small wet spot. Later after he left the leak was much worse and the hall floor was soaked. Email Jada and notified her about the situation and received no response or action.

Jada’s condo was absolutely wonderful and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach.
