The microwave and dishwasjer didnt work but it was an ok place.

Would not refund cleaning charges

They waited until I return home to decline cleaning charges. I submitted photos and videos. Theirs is so much dust falling from the back of the master room door, the ceiling vent are full of dust to the point the dust is on the ceiling. The master tub water backs up. The carpet is filthy. The broken key fob on the master door, make it hard to open. The towel rack in the master bath is broken so be careful. The couch has a hole on the left side. The table chair seats are broken on 2 chairs. The dining room table had food stuck in the creases. The couch is very dirty. There was sock left under the bed. There were shorts left in the washer. The bed skirt are very dirty. The lamp shades are full of dust and dirty. There is tons of dirt and food under the tv stand in the living room. It was awful trying to sleep in this place and they keep saying someone was coming to address the matter but no one never came . I have. The middle light fixture above the bar has a gap with bad repair, it will fall down, the master light is out so lifting is dull. The top blankets are very nasty and dirty.

Nice beach vacation condo

This was a nice condo right on the beach. It was clean very comfortable for five adults and one dollar had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen. The pools were very good. Location was perfect with easy access to golf restaurants bars my only two complaints and the only reason I didn’t make it five stars Was the kids pool was very cold and the street noise at night was loud sometimes waking us up at 2 o’clock in the morning

Everything was very convenient

We will be back…Perfect little getaway and the room was very spacious. The price was excellent.

The apartment was very spacious and pretty clean, however the furniture is very old and torn, the quilts were old and itchy and it advertised ocean view but it was only a side view.

Great Experience

We were very please with this booking. The place was clean. It was in a good area and it met all our needs. I was a little weary as I had read several of the reviews that spoke negatively, mostly about not being clean or needing updating. I noticed that most of the reviews were older and decided to give it a try. We were very satisfied and glad that we took our chances with it. I had also read that the kitchen was only stocked with the bare essentials. That was the case but I was also prepared for that. My favorite thing about this place is all the windows. There were floor to ceiling windows in every room and I really enjoyed the views. Would definitely book this place again.
