Great stay at an excellent location

Overall a great stay but don't bother paying extra for a balcony. It's a joke.

Great hotel

Great stay. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staying for a concert at House of Blues. Was close enough to walj to the venue.

The rooms are a little less than quiet. Other doors can clearly be heard closing from inside the guest rooms.

The room was decent, there was no closet, iron, the balcony was very narrow

This issue has been shared with our housekeeping leaders to ensure this is an isolated incident. In addition, I have requested a refund in the amount of 100 for your stay in hopes that if you travel to the area in the future, you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience.
