Douche toilette très très petit
Beaucoup de coquillages, on marche sur la plage avec difficultés

HOTEL CORRECT
Publié le 28 sept. 2011 sur HotelsTrès grande chambre pour un prix très intéressant. L'hôtel a un accès direct sur la plage. Un peu vieillot mais l'ensemble de la ville est assez kitsch et l'atmosphère est celle des années 70.

We left the room that had roaches in several places. The part that made us leave was moving the refrigerator and finding their home. The hotel refunded us because they had no other rooms available, but Expedia has yet to issue a refund. Very disappointed at this point.

They are prejudice against their own co
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was poor customer service disrespectful attitude and behavior towards locals and they refuse to give me the room that I already paid for and booked because I had a local ID even though I'm not a local no more I moved out of state I came back down here to visit just didn't get my ID switched over did not know it would be this much of a problem and I didn't know that they would prejudice against their own county I would not recommend staying there to anyone and horry or George county actually anyone

Everything about that place is awful, linens and bed were dirty and disgusting, hallways and elevators smelled like pee, sex workers were arguing with clients and each other, there was mold everywhere i couldn't sleep. We had to checkout after 2 nights. We tried to make it work but it was hell.

We had an oceanfront king size room. The room was covered with roaches. The floors I don’t think have been mopped as the bottom of our feet and socks were completely black. Went to the office to get another room staff was good and moved us immediately. Parking garages were dirty with trash that had been there for awhile as it was stuck to the concrete.

Would not accept my Local state ID and Geneva was extremely rude. Low customer service standards. Untidy in her uniform. Heavy accent and rude.
