Welcome to our cozy beachfront condo! Our space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the sand and surf. The condo features a comfortable living area, fully equipped small kitchen, and private beachfront patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The complex also offers a heated swimming pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. The location is perfect for beach activities, golfing at one of the 90 golf courses in Myrtle Beach, shopping, and dining at the local favorites.

This condo has been renovated with all new modern furniture and amenities. The kitchenette includes an oven, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and basic cookware and dishes.

Enjoy high speed wifi available throughout the resort. Condo is equipped with a new Smart TV.

The condo has laundry facilities available downstairs, accessible by elevator. Unit also has kitchen cleaning supplies for your stay, and an ice machine in the resort hallway.

Ocean Reef Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, with a lazy river, a kids play pool, hot tubs, and beach front lounge chairs. Also included is a full featured game room with arcade games, pool tables, volleyball, shuffleboard, and more. A gift shop and fitness room is also available for your convenience.

Within walking distance of the resort is a Starbucks, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Flamingo Grill, The Library Restaurant, and more!

The unit was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable of any rental I've ever stayed in. Unit was very clean and didnt have the musty smell most beach rentals have. The dehumidifier was great. While I would happily stay in the unit again the building was just ok. The elevators were always crowded and had a wait. The pools were fun, i loved that some were covered. But the bathroom at the pool was disgusting our entire stay. That being said the unit was wonderful and i would stay again in a heartbeat.

Weekend trip with the family
We decided to take a last minute trip to Myrtle to spend a long weekend and found this place. They did a great job upgrading it! The views are perfect, location is central to everything, and the communication from the owner was perfect. We’ll be back!

Great Stay right on the Beach
The unit was really clean, which is always nice, and very well kept. Bed was super comfortable. My hubby is a TV watcher and was a little disappointed that there was no live TV, as we are not into real streaming (too old I guess). The owner was very hands on when we needed him for a small matter and the issue was taken care of promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a nice property. Wished the courtyard area would have been handicap accessible. The room was nice and as depicted though it was super tight in the bathroom. The door almost touches the toilet. You have to go in the bathroom and turn around and close the door. Overall it was a nice location.

Perfect Getaway
My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. The property is exactly as advertised. Check-in and parking were well communicated and easy. Stunning views of the ocean on the private balcony were the highlight. The property is north of central Myrtle Beach, which we preferred. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and a short ride-share to the Skywheel. We didn't touch the car for the whole four nights. Overall a perfect studio apartment for couples or solo travelers to unwind, enjoy the view, and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic view and host!
This listing had everything I look for in a getaway - cleanliness, safety, location, beauty, and host communication. It was super clean upon arrival. There are also cleaning products to use if you need them. The convenient digital deadbolt lock worked perfectly. It’s located close to some of the nicer restaurants in the area and our host gave us several good recommendations. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The well-stocked kitchen had a full fridge, microwave, and stove with oven. The bed was comfortable and the condo is beautifully decorated with new-looking furnishings. There’s a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony.I can’t really comment on the hotel amenities because we really didn’t use them except for the beach loungers. The host - Heinz - provided top notch communication before, during, and after our stay. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Five stars. Perfect place for a couple!

2024 was the second year we spent the month of March in Myrtle Beach and we loved it! Our ocean view from the 14th floor was spectacular and the sunrises beautiful. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Our host made sure the condo was ready for us and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We have already reserved our month for 2025! We can’t wait ❣️

This place was amazing! The view was amazing and we saw dolphins from our balcony every day! The sunrise was beyond beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and the overall vibe of the place was quiet and relaxing. The host was great to work with. Great communication and they made sure our stay was excellent. My 16 year old daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Finding the perfect mix of an updated room and a fun resort for teens can be difficult . This condo was it! The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is perfect for 2-4 guests. Everything was clean and tidy. I was apprehensive about staying on the 14th floor but we had no elevator issues, they came quickly and the resort was busy. Staying on this floor comes with the most beautiful view of the ocean. I really appreciated the Adirondack style chairs on the balcony. This definitely made having morning coffee and evening cocktails more enjoyable and comfortable rather than the usual cheap plastic chairs you often see on balconies. We enjoyed the resort amenities. The pool was lively during the day with a DJ day and some at night. Another thing that stood out is that Ocean Reef sweeps the sand in the mornings, so the beach area is really nice right in front of the resort. There is a small coffee maker so be prepared to bring your coffee as there are no starter packs provided. But other small things are such as makeup face wipes and small sample shampoo and conditioner. The condo was really comfortable and in a great location. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Heinz was easy to communicate with and we can't wait to come back to this unit!

Just Bring Yourself!!!
This unit was beautifully decorated and had so many little thoughtful touches that made you not have to leave for anything. The breakfast was good for a buffet, cost was around 15 per person. The building also has a nice area to gather and eat while you look at the ocean. Much more than I expected and the bed was superb.

This place was just like being at home. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, the owner was amazing to work with! We had a few bumps in the road with our schedule and the owner worked with us without any issues and was happy to do so. Anytime I had a question about anything he was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this condo for your next Myrtle Beach vacation.

Ocean front condo
From check in all the way to checkout Heinz was a pleasure to work with and even accommodated us for a late check out as our flight did not fly out till late afternoon! The check In procedure was flawless you get to skip the long line at the guest counter and head straight to your 14th floor ocean front condo! The condo it’s self is located in the beautiful ocean reef resort and is a short drive to all locations me and my spouse ubered everywhere and it was significantly cheaper then renting a car and we went to the boardwalk, Broadway at the beach and barefoot landing all Ubers were less then 15 dollars each way! The condo is however far enough way from the strip where the beach area is much less crowded here verses other places! I can not recommend this condo enough we are already planning out next trip to come back!

My husband and I visited Myrtle Beach for the first time this spring. The condo was absolutely stunning. Beautiful views right on the ocean, cozy & comfortable, upgraded appliances, and clean.
