I paid for a three bedroom and received a two bedroom NEVER AGAIN.. pillows and sheets were disgusting had to purchase my own!

The property is nice and just as pictured! The issue is the beds are HORRIBLE! The master bed was the worst. It’s on some type of wooden platform which is very loud with every toss, turn or movement. Not to mention the mattress was hard! This is unfortunate because otherwise I would’ve booked there again. But a good night sleep is priority for me!

This particular property had ants in the kitchen when we arrived. They would not move us to another room. They came and sprayed and this did not solve the problem

The area around the property was nice and the location to the beach and shopping was great. The problem was the little visitors in the property i.e. brown buddies! this was UNACCEPTABLE!

Great place to stay as a family with two kids while visiting the beach. Safe and quiet, great amenities and a close drive to the beach, boardwalk and much more!

The best part of this property was the management. We never received the email as was supposed to happen 24 hours in advance, and the contact number listed on expedia appeared to have extra digits. We initially contacted expedia, who made unsuccessful attempts to contact the property and said they would call us back. We had no unit number or entry code to get in on our arrival, so this was pretty urgent. Surprisingly, Expedia meanwhile NEVER called back. I remember i had to sign a rental agreement prior, and there was a phone number listed. I called and immediately spoke to a property manager who quickly took care of us. She explained we did mot receive the promised email likely because we came through expedia and they didn’t have it. Later we ran into trouble with our AC and once again called. A technician very promptly arrived and took care of it, and even checked in the next morning to ensure all was well. The property sits on a quiet golf course and is surrounded by ponds. The units are nice and very well furnished, which made the duration feel very cozy.
