Roach infestation
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOn the first day in this condo we found four roaches. We text the owner and told her about the roaches. She said she would have the company they use to come out to spray on the next day. On the next day she said they couldn’t come out that day. I told her that we didn’t feel comfortable stay there or cooking in this kitchen, with these bug crawling around us.and ask if she had another condo that we could move into. I was told that it would cost us $100 dollars to move and that I should concentrate on the good things about this condo and not on the two or three big in the condo. I believe the whole conga was roach infested, that was the end of me trying to communicate with this lady. We will never go back there again.

I am sorry that these guests saw the 2 roaches that they told us they saw. After i spoke with them, I called the building manager who explained that he could not call the exterminators to return that weekend because they had just performed their monthly spray of the entire building and that a sighting of a few roaches after they spray is something that does occasionally happen as they try to escape the spray that is poisonous to them.
Our unit is extremely clean and certainly has no infestation.

Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year. Wonderful views and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool. Quiet, clean, everything we could want. Really enjoyed the balcony!! Quick elevators, everyone very friendly.

Beyond expectations
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayBreathtaking view in a quiet part of town. The Condo and the resort were clean and well maintained. Biking and walking were safe. People were friendly. We are already considering a return.
