Notre chambre avait une vue imbattable et le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons voulu changé de chambre car nous aimions moyennement la vue et ils ont accepté sans problème. J’ai l’impression qu’il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel mais plus un mix entre un hôtel et une location Airbnb... ainsi on n’est pas déçu. L'hôtel est dans un endroit paisible et je m’y suis sentie à l'aise.

Went for an FOP Conference & Usually Stay at Hotel for convenience. A lot different for a Hurricane Conditions happening at the same time.

The room was not what the advertisement shared setting an expectation that was not true.

The view from the hotel was great. Cleanliness could use a bit of work as well as the amenities need some fixing. The hot tub we really looked forward too but unfortunately only 2 of the jets worked and there was barely any pressure and it wasnt hot it was luke warm. The elevators smelled like urine and had urine stains on 4th floor outside of elevator. The fridge didnt keep cold and the door had no safety lock. Overall the bed was comfortable and the view was good.

The lady and gentlemen checking us in on our first day was nice. the 2 ladies that took over for night shift wasn't friendly at all we walk through the lobby numerous times they wouldn't even acknowledge us. I watch other people come to the desk they were very talkative with them me being a person that deals with the public i didn't like their attitudes at all. I like the area is was very laid back they needed to have a stronger brand of toilet tissue it just breaks off in your hands. They need to make sure bathrooms are cleaned properly didn't like all the hair in the shower and around the tub. But I will stay there again overall nice place.
