Great Time!

We are sorry you guys didn't enjoy your stay in our home. We refunded the cleaning fee to you, even though you checked in early and unpacked (which we ask that you not do for this very reason) before the cleaners arrived. When they arrived you told them to do a "basic" cleaning and not move any items. The items you had issues with had your personal items stored there so the cleaners did not move them as you had requested. We believe in honesty and, unfortunately, others do not. Take care

Sweet stay at the beach

Weekend trip
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, great layout and the included golf cart was so very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked the den allowed all of us to sit comfortably. Hope to be back.

Great Beach House!

It was clean and beautifully decorated! Super nice and we will definitely stay again! The Golf cart was definitely a plus because that’s all our kids want to do when we go on vacation.

Great Stay
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay! Loved the front porch and outside shower area especially cleaning everything off after a day at the beach! Bonus with included golf cart! Owners were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay again

A/C problem
Publié le 22 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe called and although the owner was very nice, the temperature inside the house was 85. The maintenance came out but nothing could be done cats had tore the duct work. I thought the manager would give us a discount or maybe even a portable air conditioner but we had 4 days where it got hotter everyday. We bought fans trying just to circulate some air. But it was so hot we left a day early. The bed in the master room needed a new mattress as well. I’m sure if the air had worked an a new mattress the place would’ve been great but just not my families experience.

We apologize this unforeseen event happened during your stay last summer. We did provide two window units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) because we couldn't get a vendor there to fix the issue during your stay. The entire unit was replaced along with all the duct work. We do our best to try and make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Again we apologize your experience wasn't the best.

Wonderful house

Other than me having a tall dad that had to watch his head in certain places of the house but other than that we loved it and will definitely be back next time. Would definitely recommend!!!
