The staff were hospitable. They made me feel welcome and very comfortable. It was a wonderful trip.

This building is in need of updating. Our room had very old, dingy carpet and the room smelled musty. Everything in our room was old- curtains, furniture, carpet, lamp. Not a hotel we will ever stay at again.

My daughter and I had a girls weekend. The lazy river was very gross and really didn’t “move the water. There is no parking on the premises except to load/unload. There is parking across the street and a parking garage across the street. In all it was a great stay. Clean, friendly, great ocean view. We didn’t really come for the pool so that didn’t effect our stay.

Ice machine not operating on our floor. Elevators always slow. Phone in room did not work. Had to ask for towels, received two. Stayed seven nights, room was not maid up even once. Have stayed at ocean reef several times. Will not be back

We had a wonderful stay on the last day there we saw a few baby roaches which cost us to buy bug spray once we got home and leave everything outside overnight other than that we enjoyed our stay

Nice property. Condo was nice and spacious. The pool was nice and atmosphere was inviting.
