Grand parents weekend
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHot tub was great. Short distance to boardwalk. Not a block away was a Starbucks. The palm trees was nice in front of the condo. Turned out to be a great weekend.

Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe area is wonderful and so are the pools and access to the beach. But the condo itself needs a lot of updating. And the house cleaners need to give more attention to baseboards that are black. Tv screens, mirrors. And no smoke

Boardwalk is not for AARP members-PEOPLE RELAXING

We booked suite at top of hotel, they put us over the pool we could not see the beach, and heard kids till we went to bed. Facilities is being torn down. Neighbor room got locked in and they had to dismantle door and lock system took hours, kids screaming, all because of maintenance not being done. Front desk does not care about anyone. We have hundreds of condos, houses, and mansion rentals as we have need 8-10 bedrooms when we are all traveling. I am Chairman works in 55 countries. WE SUGGEST GO TO BREAKERS FIVE STAR THREE HOTELS DOWN.

When you book a condo in the month of July anywhere in Myrtle Beach, you will definitely have a crowd and it will be louder than usual. Myrtle Beach's prime season is the summer months and noise is unavoidable in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
We would not put a guest in a unit that they did not book. We do have a penthouse unit in another hotel, as we own a lot of property, but the guest was put in the unit that he booked.
Yes, renovations are taking place on our end of the beach, so you will see the process taking place.
We are individual owners and are not associated with the front desk across the street, so I'm not sure why he went there. It's okay, but clearly the guest was confused.

Great location

Condo is nice but could use a few updates. Noise was bad from the pool directly below the condo (we had screaming kids each day and it echoed throughout). Jacuzzi tub wasNice.

Myrtle Beach

The room is not central air/heat there is are two large a/c units in the wall inside. The bed is located right by the door so you will hear all interactions as they pass by the door. The location was on the 1st floor so the view of the ocean was not visible due to trees being in the way. The pool water was very cloudy and there was trash and other items on the elevators. Across the street is an old broke down motel where several individuals stayed. A lot of homeless people close by and overall just not safe if you have teenagers who may just want to walk the beach. As far as the room, depending on what you like it maybe be suitable but it more like a motel 6 with a small kitchen and slight view. The couch seriously needs to go it’s nasty. The owners are very nice but obviously this is a business where money is to be made.

Girls trip
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWeather was great! Location was perfect. Building is a little dated and pool/outside area needs updating but other pools and beach bars with walking distance. No store or bar/restaurant on site
