La lazy river et le parc aquatique sont tres bien. Je n'ai pas pu stationner ma moto car elles sont interdites. Lorsque j'ai demande de m'expliquer la raison, ils ont ete tres sec en me disant que c'est la politique ! Il n'y a pas de chemin sur le site, seulement un stationnement. J'ai du stationner dans la rue plus loin. Pour cette raison, je ne retournerai pas a cet hotel.

Rooms were updated and very nice. Could have used a few throw rugs on the tile floors to wipe your feet.I haven’t stayed there several years but the overall property is seriously dated. Really need some work especially the water park. We stayed there for 6 days and received no maid service. Only got clean towels upon request.

I didn’t like the no microwave in the rooms. Not enough options for the breakfast

We had many bed bugs and couldnt sleep at all.
I would avoid this place next time.

Some construction going on so messy in areas that couldn’t be avoided. Overall a great stay. Would love to go back when renovation is complete.

Checking in at a building that is 7 turns away from your room is very inconvenient. Room had to be re-cleaned after we checked in. Water park closes at 6 which was frustrating because the kids wanted to play. Overall would not book again.

Waterpark hours is only 10am-4pm. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. How can you enjoy the waterpark with that limited hours? Indoor pool has unpleasant smell and 2 hot tubs are closed/under maintenance when we visited on 9/9/24. I requested also for early check-in but it was not approved. The receptionist asked for my cp # once the room is available but I never received a call or message from him.
