The overall staying was great. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room I stayed needed some maintenance attention, the towels holder in the bathroom was detached from the wall. An uncovered pillow had a big stain on it. Details like: there was a couple of coffee maker and coffee bags but no sugars, creams or instructions. I gave up trying to figure out how to make the tv work. I work in the industry and maybe I was picky, but details are what makes the difference.

The bedding, the molded and dusty air vents, mildew smelling hallways, bloody pillows and bed sheets, and dirty bath tub were a major disappointment compared to what was originally pictured for the advertised picture. However, the pool options, beach access, shopping access, plethora of food options and oceanfront view was worthwhile I guess. I will return to N. Myrtle Beach, but this was my last stay at Sands Ocean Club Resort. Good luck!

I have stayed a few times over this month and the worst room ever, noisy, not clean and they don't clean when you stay there this was supposed to be ocean view yet the view was of another building, and they let anyone and everyone in the pool area so people that don't stay here use the pool, also the garage my car has damaged due to garage parking garage someone parked in a no parking zone and trying to get your car below the next level is impossible leaving my car with major damage to the right side.

It was my boyfriend (now fiancé) and I’s first vacation together alone. Sands Ocean Club is going to be the place we book yearly maybe even twice a year! If anything is wrong in the room they will send maintenance up right away or if able let you check out another room. The staff at the desk were super friendly and the place all around is a beautiful area to stay!

Our quick getaway was just what we needed.
