They were super helpful and very nice. Place was very comfortable, well stocked and very Clean. I'll definitely be returning!

No where to sit
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HotelsThere was not one comfortable chairs/sofa to sit on. The one chair was so unstable if you move one bit it would start to tip. The couch had no stuffing we had to sit on pillows we put on the couch and it still was very uncomfortable. When you step out of the tub the floor is soft with a large dip that is a health hazard for turning an ankle. When we came home after running all day we wanted to sit down and enjoy our TV shows and it was near impossible due to being so uncomfortable on the couch and unsafe on the chair

Hi Deborah, sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I wish you would have mentioned your concerns and we most certainly would have addressed them. I personally checked the chair and sofa. There seems to be nothing wrong with either. The sofa is the same sofa we have in other cottages and have never had a complaint. The chair is a swivel rocker, not sure if you have ever sat in one of those but it is supposed to move. As far as the bathroom, we will certainly look into the floor concern. We would never want for anyone to be uncomfortable, but unless you tell us before checkout, we have no way of knowing. Hopefully if you choose to stay with us again we can make it a much more enjoyable experience for you.
