Newly remodeled 2 bd condo on True Blue golf course. Minutes to everything.

Welcome to your next vacation home. We want you to sit back and enjoy yourself. The condo is on the third floor overlooking the 4th hole on the True Blue golf course in Pawleys Island. To ensure your peace of mind the condo is cleaned professionally after each guest. We hope you can take some much-needed time away from home.
We are constantly upgrading the condo to make your stay more enjoyable. A complete kitchen remodel with new appliances, granite countertops, new plank vinyl flooring, and interior painting was finished in October 2023. Being on the top floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living room area. No neighbors above you. The master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable mattress. Linens are provided for all the beds including the inflatable mattress. A 50” smart TV is mounted in the living area and is easily viewed from the kitchen area. There is a 43“ smart TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have built-in ROKU which allows you to view your own Amazon, Netflix, YouTube TV, or other streaming media channels. There is now a 43" Insignia 4K Fire TV in the second bedroom. A great TV to play video games on. Of course, free WiFi is provided. We replaced the coaches in the living room to be even more pet-friendly.
The kitchen is well equipped with a new refrigerator with an ice maker and a new flat-top stove. An automatic dishwasher, new in 2022, and a garbage disposer (also new in 2022) make quick work of cleaning up while you are on vacation. You will find about anything you need to prepare a full meal or a quick snack including a microwave and toaster oven. For those who need their morning coffee, there is a coffee grinder and maker. For those who like their protein shakes, or a refreshing smoothie or pina colada there is an Oster blender. The kitchen table seats four but for those with bigger families or for your guests, there is an extra leaf insert for the table. Stools are available to hang out near the kitchen counter. There is a full-sized washer and dryer off of the kitchen. You can "tour" the inside of the condo with our recently added 3D virtual tour feature which can be found with the photos.
When not at the beach, there are numerous golf courses open year-round. There are so many neat places to shop. Take time to visit Brookgreen Gardens. On rainy days, there is a variety of puzzles or games to play. The ultimate relaxation is to just sit on the screened-in porch watching the golfers play the 4th hole or in the evening the beautiful sunset over the pond. Keep your eyes out for the local alligators who live in the pond. The pool and hot tub with an outdoor shower are just a few steps away. The condo complex is less than a 3-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, or shops. Two beach parking lots are only 6 and 7 minutes away. Huntington Beach State Park is about a15 minute drive. (A parking pass is included to use during your stay). Charleston is an easy day trip only 90 minutes away while Myrtle Beach is only a 45-minute drive.
The condo complex is very quiet with easy parking. We have tried to equip the condo with everything to make your vacation as worry-free and relaxing as possible. We are dog-friendly. We hope you will come to stay at our condo during your visit to Pawleys Island.

Christmas Holiday Stay

Lovely end top unit with fantastic view of 4th green. Our week’s stay was highlighted with very comfortable mattress, spacious open floor plan and nicely updated kitchen. We appreciate the dog friendly hospitality in which our beagle enjoyed watching the golfers approach the holes as much as we did. Even got to see a gator despite the chilly week. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a great 9 days here. The condo is so neat, clean and tastefully furnished. It was very quiet and had the perfect balcony to sit while watching the golfers. We were on a golf vacation and every course was just minutes away. Restaurants were plentiful and close by as well. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much for offering such a lovely place at a very reasonable price. It was perfect!

Very comfortable condo! Location is great, close in proximity to everything. The view of the green off the screened in porch was nice. Very clean and appealing, just like the pictures. The primary bedroom's king size bed was extremely comfortable! Kitchen had all the essentials. Appliances were all new. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and could not stay the entire week, however, we would highly recommend this condo! The area is quiet. We met a neighbor that is a full-time resident and she was very nice and welcoming. We would rent again!! Five Star!

Another great year!

We have stayed at the property multiple times and have enjoyed each and every time. Recent updates to kitchen and unit are very tasteful and well thought out. Always a pleasure to deal with the owners as they communicate well. A great space for kids with profanity to the pool or pass for Huntington State Park beach. We always look forward to our stays there.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location!

This condo was a pleasure to stay in, located central to everything in PI, and a short trip to Huntington State Park & its beach, Georgetown, The Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach. It is on the 3rd floor which did not bother us at all, it made for an excellent view of the golf course below and sunsets beyond the trees. Loved this vacation!

The unit seemed to have everything one might need or want - even binoculars! My only complaint is that there were no filters for the coffee maker. The condition of the unit was excellent and the beds were comfortable. However, the slider to the deck from the livingroom was difficult to move. The bedroom slider was easy to move. I would stay hear again if we were to return to the area.

Lovely Golfview condo

So peaceful.

This property is on the third story so there is no noise from above. So much quieter than being in a hotel. We never even heard anyone else, except a couple golfers coming in from a course. The view is very pleasant, although we didn't see any alligators 🙂. Everything was in order and we fully enjoyed it. Only sorry that we just had two nights to enjoy it.

Perfect

My husband and I loved staying at the True Blue condo. The unit was fully stocked with everything possible to make our stay totally comfortable. Loved the extra touches like cozy throw blankets to curl up with watching tv and the binoculars to watch the turtles and alligator in the pond by the 4th hole of golf. We spent every morning and late afternoon on the the screened in porch. Everything was perfect. We hope to return again for another month

True Blue Stem condo

Overall the property was very nice, clean , quiet and comfortable. It was recently upgrade with a nice kitchen with all of the amenities. The view from the livingroom and balcony was spectacular. The owners were very friendly and reacted to any communications in a very timely manner. We loved the proximity to the pet friendly beach and restaurants.

Beautiful Condo - Spectacular Location

The condo is attractive, very comfortable and it's apparent Marie and Buddy (owners) care about both their property and their renters. Their communication pre-arrival left no stone unturned and we enjoyed working with them. The condo overlooks the 4th green and we spent a lot of time on the screened porch watching the golfers. If you're visiting the area, this property deserves serious consideration - it's GREAT!
