The person at reception was helpful but had strong BO. The linen and bathroom were clean. The floor had dust bunnies. The roof of the bathroom is in need of repair and paint. There were cobwebs behind the doors. The TV remote was not easy to select stations. The AC cut out one morning. No outside lighting late at night.

I apologize, but the aircon remote control was set incorrectly. set only to 20 degrees and the fan set to number 1, not to number 4, the air con stops frequently, that's normal.the tv is difficult to change channels, we don't see anything wrong. the floor was changed to a wooden floor 3 weeks ago and it looks perfect, the paint in the room is also perfect, we try to make everyone comfortable, but sometimes it doesn't matter what you do, someone is not happy. for BO, we spray reception with air refresher daily , but you don't like it

The room was very comfortable and clean,the staff was amazing and the location is close to everything in town

Good short stay at a very nice motel
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was easy. The room was spotless clean. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable with hight quality linen. We only stayed for 5 hours at the motel but we wished we could have stayed longer.

Advertised as having WIFI ,non existant kept dropping out constantly. Complained to management and they did nothing.
Resturant at motel has been closed for years despite still being advertised.

We keep coming back every year at Easter. This year we arrived late, after the Reception had closed, and when I entered my room I realised I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room type (I needed twin beds and got one queen bed, my mistake). I managed to get hold of the reception and they went out of their way late in the evening to fix the issue and give me a different room. Thank you.
They do not provide room service on public holidays and it would have been nice if they had provided extra clean towels to make up for this. Having said that, had I asked for extra towels I am sure I would have received them.
