Beadbugs everywhere!

There were bedbugs in each of the rooms they changed us around to. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less about this issue. They refused to reimburse us after we complained (only on the third day). The service was horrible.

Overall experience was not good. Basic facilities like hot water, attending to complaints were lacking.

Pathetic but cheap, not recomended for families
Publié le 28 déc. 2016 sur HotelsOur stay was cut short because of poor service. Room was clean however the AC was broken and spewed only cold air. It's a hoax that they provide 24/7 hot water. Had to take cold water bath agree the hot water stopped. The shower was broken. The switches didn't accommodate 3pin plugs.
