Great hospitality, good stay

The place is on the main road with access to good restaurants, super markets all a stones throw away. The rooms were clean and tidy. The floors felt a little sticky though. Not sure if its the type of stone used for the flooring. The bathrooms were clean with a built in geyser. The beds were good but could have been softer. Overall a decent place to crash for the night.

Shady hotel. Dirty sheets with stains in every room. We saw 5. Bed cover was stained and old. Tattered menus. Overall very badly maintained. Would not recommend.

Facilities incommensurate with description & price

The following things promised in the hotels.com confirmation were missing. 1. No bottled water. We bought water from a nearby supermarket during our stay. 2. No tea/coffee maker. 3. No "premium channels" on tv. Many of the standard channels were missing. The manager said that all these facilities were made up by hotels.com and that the hotel had never claimed to offer them. He even said that their complimentary breakfast was not given to guests (even though it was mentioned in my confirmation email as well as in their menu) but since they had these other things missing he would provide us with the breakfast. There was a blood-like stain on the comforter/blanket. The manager said that he couldn't replace it since he had no extra comforters. On insisting, he gave us three bedsheets. The pillows smelt like dirty socks.

No Lift, terribly dirty blankets, Reception people always find excuse for their inappropriate service. Waiters/service staff however were friendly, courteous and helping.
