Hotel was clean and at a good location for the area attractions we were visiting. Need to have a sign identifying the lobby/check in area. It looks like a parking garage. No ice bucket in rooms...sign on ice machine says they are available in lobby 1/4 mile from the ice machine. Just put a sticker on the tv table that says they are available in lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay with pool

The only thing I didn't like much was the continental breakfast. They didn't have many options for customers. Pretty much what they have was begels and cereal.

I did not stay here, cancelled my reservation, was charged anyway, and have been wholly unable to get in touch with a human who can help refund me. I even purchased the traveller's insurance for protection in case of travel problems like weather- missed my trip due to weather- cancelled the room because of the weather- was charged for a hotel stay for a room I had cancelled on a trip I did not take, at a hotel I never checked in to. And after spending so much time on hold, I was told the agent could not help and I had to call a different Hilton. Still just hold music forever, no actual people responding. Can't contact the hotel and my bank claims they will not issue a chargeback as this is a vendor error.
I rated four stars for staff because it's messed up when corporations try to lay the consequences of their misconduct on the lowest-level customer facing employees who are absolutely not responsible for guest complaints of this nature. This is fully a corporate policy failure- what budget hotel charges people full price for cancelled reservations?
I just want my refund issued.

Close to Mystic Aquarium

The halls had small pieces of trash on the carpet, mostly small pieces of paper.
No shampoo in our shower. Luckily I brought my own.
People above us were extremely noisy.
