Checkin was fast and easy. The king bed room I reserved was much larger than I anticipated.

Great! Entire property was clean and organized. The lobby, reception area and rooms were all great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice updated fixtures. Breakfast had wide variety of hot and cold options, and was ready to go right at 6:00 am. Great for our early start. Demond, at the front desk was outstanding. Guest in front of us had tons of questions, and all were answered well. Many restaurants in the area close at 8:00, and Demond gave a great recommendation (Clear Springs Restaurant), which was outstanding.

This is the best I have ever stayed at. The only thing I wish that they had pet free rooms cuz you can actually smell the pets when you turn the AC on

Facility was in good condition. Food prep staff ran out of breakfast at 9:00am. When asked to cook more by several occupants, she ignored us and did not restock eggs or sausage for complementary breakfast. Next morning we did not run out, after complaint was addressed with check in staff the day before.

Put fellow traveler in wrong, took out his bags while we were gone and disabled his key, reissued his key, then 30 minutes later, came up and moved him to another room, and said they couldn't give him a key, so don't leave room? Strange
