Il mon refait régler une chambre de 4 jour car il ne trouve pas la réservation ils devaient me rembourser car ils ont retrouvé le lendemains ma réservation à ce jour toujours rien Je suis joignable par mail Cordialement

Staff has been incredible but property really needs some serious maintenance. First room we stayed had leaky AC and noisy fan with moulds everywhere, broken lock on main door, very dirty linen including bathmatt. Staff changed the room next day and offered complimentry breakfast. Second room we went in had aircon good enough to keep room cool even running at 16°. Overall it had convenient beach access and staff was very helpful.

Good price for Nadi. But... not a real beach and resort amenities close at 6 pm.

Sadly this was not the stay I expected. I was expecting a simple, clean hotel room. It was certainly not clean, no water and food was really not good. Ok to stay if you need somewhere cheap and know what to expect.

My daughter was booked to stay here for the beginning and end of her Uni volunteer trip. Her first experience was despite booking with Expedia - there was no room available (although others arrived later the same day and got a room?). She had to go elsewhere - unbelievably not as safe and area and dirty hotel. On her return this week - she got a room but it was filthy. Yesterday there was no water to flush the toilet or run a shower and the shower was full of long dark black hair ….. not hers. Overall - a really sad, hideous experience.

This hotel was perfectly fine for my needs, but those with higher standards might not like it. The beginnings of black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower door was broken (told maintenance about this and they scheduled it to be fixed), water pressure was abysmal (possibly not the hotel's fault), some fixtures were broken, and the glasses/cups/etc were dirty. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Rooms are not serviced every day (again, fine with me but others may not like this). I was there for 8 nights and my room was serviced twice. The restaurant food was great, although a little pricey, as were the drinks. Cheaper to buy drinks down the road at the mini-mart. Worth noting that there is no elevator (my room was on the first floor) so people with mobility issues will struggle. For a developing country, and for the price of this hotel, I found it acceptable.
