Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique avec activités et animation pour toute la famille. La piscine est waouhh ! Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les chambres et locaux sont très propres. Promenade à pied possible jusqu'au port et commerces, et service de navettes ou taxi régulier.

Le service rapide. J’ai eu besoin d’un attention particulière et la prise en charge a été parfaite.
Le restaurant la piscine le wifi
Je comprend pas du tout les commentaires de hâtifs sur cette hôtel.

Very poor customer service and not very welcoming. Our young daughter had vomited all over herself in the taxi on our way to the resort, and on arrival I asked for an early check in so that we could get her cleaned up. We then had to wait for over an hour and a half in the lobby in smelly swimwear with vomit on it (even though the duty manager told us our room would be ready in 10-15mins) without once being offered directions to a wash room etc. This was extremely embarrassing and showed no compassion.
I also asked at the lobby about flight check in and airport transfer times. The next morning the airline laughed at me when I said what time our transfer was and said I needed to change it otherwise we would miss our flight which caused last minute and unnecessary stress at 4:30am.
The beds were uncomfortable and creaky.
Overall, a very disappointing end to our trip to Fiji, and it's fair to say we won't be coming back to the Sofitel.

The staff are simply outstanding, they do everything they can to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean and the property offers great amenities. Highly recommend!
