Posted Oct. 27, 2023 on HotelsI paid for an sea view room on hotels.com, which was about 20 euros more each night. When i checked in i got barly a partial view of the sea. Our travel companion who did not pay for sea view got a room with much better view. Hotel personnel were very rude and said it was no guarantee. So don't pay extra for a view! Also the property advertised on their website as beachfront. There is no beach! Definitely false advertising.

The hotel is located on the promenade and therefore you are conveniently positioned in the middle of everything! Our family had 3 rooms - one of them facing the bay with Nafplion's spectacular scenery. The breakfast options were not so great as compared to most hotels in Greece these days, but everything else was so good...it didn't matter. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel’s position on the water front is exceptional. It’s modern, staff are friendly and helpful. On the second floor, although the hotel is surrounded by cafes etc. with the windows closed there is no noise. Room 203. Parking in this busy city is the only issue. Great stay!!

Traveled with 3 adults. The beds were all twin beds and the room was clean. the staff was excellent and dinner at the hotel was fantastic. The best tabbouleh salad I had ever had!
