Strange billing system
Publié le 18 juill. 2021 sur HotelsOverall it was nice facility, clean room and bathroom. Didn’t have chance to try pool and spa area. Only disappointment was about billing system; I was given a hotel receipt in local currency which was less than I paid via this platform. This aspect is important for me as I was in a business trip and claim reimbursement.

If the payment you paid to Expedia is different with the payment which you paid to us, then you are kindly asked to ask the difference from Expedia. Because the difference payment was charged by Expedia not by Hotel.
